Today John and I worked on a timeline that shows our schedule for how we are going to get our project done for the next two weeks.I also searched the internet for information but i could only find websites that sell Saccharomyces boulardii. i did find some information on the databases.

we learned what the project is and what we had to do and i think its very overwhelming and i am not sure what i am supposed to write here.

12/4/07

Today I changed the skin on the wiki and searched some databases and didnt find anything information literally but that was only for encyclopedia britannica and nettrekker, i did find a picture and put that on my wiki and i added a couple of pages on the sidebar. I still have been having a very hard time on my research, nettrekker and britannica dont have any info but i have read wikipedia to get some background information and i was able to draw a diagram on paint from the info that ive gotten. Hopfully on friday, we will learn how to evaluate websites on the free web and be able to use that. still most of the websites on Google are places to purchase or bacteria.

Today during class we learned how to evaluate websites so we can use the free web. Still, even with the free web, i have not found any website that would help because all i find is places to buy the yeast or studies on the medication, there is no info on structure or history or habitat or anything. Another concern that i have is that our bacteria is actually a yeast which is a type of fungus so i am going to ask ms tucker tomorrow if that is even what we are supposed to have. I dont know how im going to catch up because even when i did as much looking on the free web as i did today, it doesnt give us anything close to what we need. i am going to try to come up with an intro or something on the front page out of what i know so far.

Today i found one source at home and was able to add some info on our wiki about that. i still am very nervous about the fact that we are so hard behind and are still having so much trouble. today in class, ms tucker said that we should have 4 sources minimum and i didnt find one until tonight. scary. now that i have found a source, im hoping that i can get on the right track and keep it going. even though i did find something it was VERY HARD!!!

today i found a good way to find good website and filter out the websites that try to sell you the fungus. what you do is google search images and clik on the pictrues of the actual fungus and look at the website that it came from. That helped but for some reason, that brought more websites that were in foreign languages so it was still hard to find a helpfull wesite. over all i think that we are close to being done. but we still need to go above and beyond so we can get a good grade and i still dont know what we are going to do for that.

Today john and i worked on the evaluations for our free web sources and got them done during our free period. i think that overall we are getting close to being finished with the information part  but we still havnt gotten to the extra stuff. i really dont know what we are going to do for that, i was thinking that we could make a picture or animation but i dont know how to make annimations. im glad that we are almost done with the info but even though we almost have all the info, it doesnt seem like much on the wiki.

We are getting close, we still have a little touching up to do so im going to try and find pictures and vidios  for our wiki.

i have found a few pictures for our wiki and i like that we do not have to use mla for pictures. im soooooooo nervous about this project.
